Switzerland Haus Innkeeper Recipes
|Apple Puff Pancake
|-4 Granny Smith Apples (peeled, cored, sliced)
– 1/2 cup of ButterMix and Set aside:
-1 C. Flour
-1 1/2 C. Milk
-3 tabs Sugar
-1/2 top Salt
-1/4 top Cinnamon
-1/2 top VanillaTopping:
1/2 C. Brown Sugar and Slivered AlmondsPreheat oven to 425o
Place butter in 9 X. 13 baking dish leave in oven until melted, add Apples and return to oven for 5 minutes. Take out and add Mix, sprinkle on top of Apples. Top with Brown Sugar and Slivered Almonds.
Cook till the sides are brown and the middle is firm.
Serve with Sour Cream or Maple Syrup.

-1/2 C. Shredded Mexican Cheese Mix (Monterey/Jack/Cheddar)
-1 tbsp Fresh Salsa
-1 tsp Diced green Chilies or Ortega Chilies
-1/2 tsp Oregano, Basil and Spike SeasoningTopping Suggestions:
Sliced Avocados, Olives, Diced Yellow/Red/Green Peppers, Sourcream, Salsa Bake in oven at 350o for 40 minutes or until the middle is firm.
