Switzerland Haus Innkeeper Recipes
Apple Puff Pancake
-4 Granny Smith Apples (peeled, cored, sliced)
- 1/2 cup of Butter

Mix and Set aside:
-6 Eggs
-1 C. Flour
-1 1/2 C. Milk
-3 tabs Sugar
-1/2 top Salt
-1/4 top Cinnamon
-1/2 top Vanilla

Topping:
1/2 C. Brown Sugar and Slivered Almonds

Preheat oven to 425o

Place butter in 9 X. 13 baking dish leave in oven until melted, add Apples and return to oven for 5 minutes. Take out and add Mix, sprinkle on top of Apples. Top with Brown Sugar and Slivered Almonds.
Cook till the sides are brown and the middle is firm.
Serve with Sour Cream or Maple Syrup.
Serves 6-8 people

Mexican Brunch Pie
This is a great recipe for a lot of people because it can easily be increased to the amount of friends you've invited over for brunch.

Two Person Recipe, double the recipe for 4 people etc...
-2 Eggs
-1/2 C. Shredded Mexican Cheese Mix (Monterey/Jack/Cheddar)
-1 tbsp Fresh Salsa
-1 tsp Diced green Chilies or Ortega Chilies
-1/2 tsp Oregano, Basil and Spike Seasoning

Topping Suggestions:
Sliced Avocados, Olives, Diced Yellow/Red/Green Peppers, Sourcream, Salsa

Bake in oven at 350o for 40 minutes or until the middle is firm.
